Magento Event Observer to Change Prices -

i looking event triggered when user, via adminhtml or api/soap, change prices of product.

i have been check this, unsuccessfully: https://www.nicksays.co.uk/magento-events-cheat-sheet-1-7/

if event looking not exist, think doing overridden core, @ time product safe. think of idea?

any idea welcome, thank you.
