Is there a way to make a page anchor from a wordpress menu item? -

i'd add custom anchor link wordpress main menu if user clicks, jump part of page.

if create anchor on page wherever want, eg post how make pickled onions: 

<a href="#pickled-onions">pickled onions</a>

then insert #pickled-onions custom url field menu on page. when click custom menu link jump anchor.
