javascript - Website only works completely when I cache refresh on Chrome, works fine on other browsers -

having bit of weird bug. started happening in last 2 days chrome -- website works fine firefox/opera/ie11 etc. have no code messes caching of website knowledge.

i using google polymer in order load shadowdom custom elements dom. have script still works fine ie detects whether website ie10 or below, , if is, doesn't load script, because if load platform.js in ie10 , below website not load @ all. working fine script until 2 days ago when platform.js not loading in chrome, none of polymer elements loading unless shift+cmd+refresh website, clearing cache.

was updated chrome / polymer in last few days have broken reason?

has encountered kind of thing website work when hard refresh it? confused. appreciated. thanks!

are using polymer 0.5.*? because if so, need load webcomponents.js, not platform.js.
