phantomjs-1.9.8 installation on 32bit windows operating system -

i have downloaded phantomjs -1.9.8 on windows operating system.and on double click on phantomjs.exe pointing commandpromt,and dont have command run on there. 1 provide me detailed installation of phantomjs on windows operating system.
