chef - Error resolving cookbook -

i went through many similar threads none answers problem. have mysql 4.1.2 recipe. when run in opsworks gives me error. when run similar recipe in local ubuntu works fine. have done heavy tweaking version number of dependencies, still no solution. can cause of problem ?
