android - Unable to find Picasa Web Albums Data API in developer console -

i trying enable picasa web albums data api on developer console. problem couldn't find it. when went api explorer test scope query, couldn't find api either https://developers.google.com/apis-explorer.

as understand api old support developer console or apis explorer. once have client id/key can start using api documented.
